Our sessions are best suited for mountain bikes with front suspension (at minimum) and appropriate trail tires. If you’re unsure about your bike’s setup, let us know when booking, and we’ll help assess its suitability for the trails.

All you need is a helmet, comfortable riding clothes, plenty of water, and a sense of adventure! We also recommend bringing riding gloves, a spare tube, and any personal gear you prefer for riding.

When booking, we’ll ask for a bit of background on your riding experience, any specific goals, and your preferred session location. This helps us tailor your experience to your skills and interests.

Each session begins with a quick introduction to establish your goals, followed by on-trail coaching tailored to your skill level. We’ll work on specific techniques, ride new trails, and wrap up with feedback and a plan for ongoing practice.

The Central Coast has an incredible trail network! During our sessions, we’ll introduce you to some hidden gems and recommend other local spots to explore on your own.

We can work with you on speed-focused techniques and race strategies in a coaching session. Additionally, we can guide you to local races and introduce you to the basics of competitive mountain biking.
