Cancellation Policy:

• 1 Week Notice: Full refund provided.

• Less Than 1 Week Notice: 50% refund.

• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refund.

Clients enrolled in our Coaching Programs enjoy full flexibility in rescheduling; however, we encourage maintaining commitment and discipline for the best results.

Weather Provisions
Our sessions and adventures go ahead rain or shine, as we adapt trails, routes, and gear to suit most weather conditions. In the rare case of a Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) severe weather warning, we will reschedule or refund your session as needed for safety.
